Top 10 Reasons X4MR Hasn't Posted Since March 7

1. Change of heart: Now blogging for Southern Arizona Leadership Council. If you can’t beat ‘em, weave yourself in. Threads of economic development truly pulling Tucson together into a multi-fibered whole.
2. New girlfriend’s ultimatum: “It’s either me or that Goddamn blog!”
3. He’s waiting patiently… eager to celebrate the next wonderful news that Gabby is recovering steadily and will be able resume a relatively normal life.
4. After several years of analysis, introspection, some great rants, and pinpointing a few solid issues, he’s fully moved on to his new life. Time heals all wounds. Cigar stench eventually washes out of your wardrobe.
5. Actually getting some work done: Research and teaching take time and focus.
6. Met and totally succumbed to the charms of Sarah Palin. “You betcha it’s me or the blog.”
7. With 20K+ movies available via Netflix Streaming, he’s been holed up in his living room, unwashed, unshaven, and gorging on stale popcorn and the next Human Centipede.
8. TREO henchmen work with pillows and poison. Silence = golden.
9. He’s actually checking in regularly, laughing to himself, amazing that nobody’s caught the joke in this “Shutdown – Restart?” post.
10. Can’t find his f’n password.

Hah! Travis.

I think his list has a lot of truth. I have heard that x4mr met a professor, and not the math lady.

If I recall, he started blogging (like Framer, BTW), about the 2006 Arizona 8th election that had Latas, Weiss, Giffords, etc, and all the Republican antics. After the election Framer quit most of his blogging, but then x4mr got screwed by TREO and started looking around.

The whole cloth world was shown to us all.

Now that's over, and he almost quit last year, but he found more to say.

I think he's just taking a breather to see what is next, if anything. I think it is safe to say he's done with Arizona elections, cloth, and Tucson. He might post something about Giffords, perhaps.

Time will tell. I am surprised he hasn't chimed in about this budget bullshit, in particular the part where Boehner claimed that 90% of Planned Parenthood funding goes to abortion (the real number is 3%).

X4mr just loves to jump all over that kind of thing. He should also be pointing out how Sarah Palin's numbers are imploding and Glenn Beck got booted off of Fox after his ratings fell 30%.

Then again, maybe x4mr lost his password.

Travis,
I like your list. Judging from X4mr's new post, I'm wondering #6 was more than he could bear.
