Hitler Understands Cloth

The following video produced by the Tucson Weekly is positively hysterical. Thanks to the Tucson Choices blog for calling it to my attention. I broke out laughing on numerous occasions. This is a scream.

Hilarious. I'm gasping for air.

The thing about the fish is painfully funny. At least we are now laughing about what was not even recognized four years ago.

Garfield Traub is probably nervous that all that money they stuffed into the pockets of Larry and Dan might not pay off.

The Weekly did a great job on this.

The background on understanding how Hitler understands Rio Nuevo: http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/downfall-hitler-meme

Best part is the director of the film "Downfall", which these parodies "borrow", finds them hilarious.

I've seen this video to parody a number of topics, but this has to be among the best.

That was great! Oh, god. Hah!!

It's so funny because it's so true, and I agree with Cigar. No way this video would have been made a few years ago. I've always wondered if O'Dell's work in this area was a response to this blog.

While SE was 2007, the real "cloth" traction was in spring of 2008, and it was a few months later that O'Dell started producing some really powerful articles about RN, downtown, etc..

Now the Weekly has trashed RN. We've come quite a ways from the free for all cloth extravaganza.
